The technician was very personable, friendly and honest. We also required a second call out due to an infestation unfortunately and I love that I haven't had to follow up or do anything - someone called me within 24 hours to get it organised. I appreciate proactiveness!

I recently used Bittn termite n Pest to treat my property. I was very impressed in every respect, from their punctual arrival, through to the professional way the technician explained everything to me in laymans terms. I would not hesitate to recommend Bittn Termite n Pest to anybody requiring this type of service.

I've engaged Bittn for the last 5 years for yearly inspections and always found them excellent. Shayn carried out the inspection this week with professionalism. She is very respectful, friendly, efficient and communicates beautifully. Thank you Shayn, I'll request you again next year.

I’m really happy with Bittn…. I Recommend this company The gentleman (Cash)that came to do my house was very honest helpful informative, and kind.. He did a very thorough job. Made sure he got into all the Areas and crevices and told me where the problem was. He Sprayed in places that a normal pest control company would not Even bother to do. I highly recommend them….. I will definitely use them again Thank you, Mr. Cash.
